This 1985 Cadillac stretch limousine has got to be one of the most unique cars in Australia and with 2 major overhauls in the last 6 years, the hard work has been done and it's finally a reliable and very easy to drive run-around.

OG Customs in Mittagong have spent the last year installing a new 383 Stroker crate engine with new wiring, new gauges, new gear shifter, new aircon pump, new water pump, new alternator and window motors and door locks overhauled, amongst a host of other things.

The initial 2018 overhaul included a 9 inch diff from Diff Trans with extra toughened supports, interior stripped, lift, racing seats installed and roll cage throughout.

The odometer reads 106,000 km and the new engine has just been installed. Most parts have been upgraded for replaced and so mechanically and electronically it's virtually brand new.

Comes with full NSW compliance Certificate for all upgrades.

The limo has had a couple of different looks over the years and it's always been a standout as there's nothing like ti around.

It's been a great family car as well as a promotional vehicle and runs perfectly around the city, drives up and down the coast and flying along outback roads.

The stretch has been so much fun to drive and is actually very easy to manoeuvre even down small alleys as its not that wide at 1.9m. It's got a 4.8m wheelbase and total length of 7.4m but still easy to park with power steering and a reverse camera. Visibility for general driving is fine. I find a space to park near home in Darling Point reasonably easy and so it's not as impractical as you might think. Despite the rugged look, it's very comfortable as a driver or passenger with some great suspension.

Well worth a look if you want to try something different and stand out from the crowd. A complete new wrap these days is very affordable.
