The stunning concours presentation is thanks to a no expense spared full nut and bolt rotisserie restoration completed in 2024 with the gleaming Onyx Black paint protected with a professionally applied ceramic coating. A great deal of effort has gone into this build to create the ultimate XW GT-HO combo. Everything and we mean everything has been restored or reconditioned with all chrome and stainless polished to within an inch of its life. The Option 10 Wind Back Sunroof further enhances this stunning XW letting the sun shine in on the all White GT trim. On the inside, the dash has been upgraded to integrate Autometer gauges, a Pencil Shift Light and the Stealth Magnum Pro Rachet shifter. There is also a retro look Superfringe sound system with Bluetooth connectivity and hidden 7x10" Kenwood speakers and AMP under the rear parcel shelf and the interior has sound deadener and acoustic carpet underlay.

But it is under the bonnet where the magic begins. Built by Hercules Race Engines in Sydney, the 427 cubic inch Arrow block Cleveland pumps out 700hp and 625Nm of torque. Highest quality internals include JE forged racing pistons, Scat H beam 6000 rods, Rollmaster SRO chain set, Melling oil pump, H series main bearings, a GMB alloy water pump, ARP main cap bolts, Clevite cam bearings, CHI 3V alloy heads, Crane roller solid camshaft, ARP head bolts and harmonic balancer, MSD Pro billet dizzy, 950 race carby, high energy oil pan and Pacemaker headers with ceramic coating. The exhaust is a Hume 3 1/2" with 3" tail pipes.

Gears are swapped via an ALS Race Glides C4 package with trans brake and a Stealth Magnum Pro Rachet shifter. The diff is supplied by Diff King and is a brand new double lapped Nodular 9" Eaton Tru Trac 31 Spline Locker with 3.89 ratio gears, a forged billet steel Yoke, brand new Daytona style pinion support and all new Timken bearings for the centre, oil seal, nuts. bolts and studs.

Suspension has been upgraded to match the enormous power including Split Mono springs, unique bolt in rear bearing sliders and an unique model specific Traction bar kit with Strange billet shocks. Braking is via PBR discs front and GT drums at the rear. And power goes to ground via widened 15" Five Slot wheels with 215/60R15 red walled Nankangs on the front and 245/50R15 Nankangs on the rear.

This is a no expense spared build that takes the HO legend to the ultimate level combining modern engineering with old school class.

With 814 miles driven since completion, this is a BRAND NEW fully sorted build. On full NSW registration until 24th March, 2025. NSW custom plate 1FATXW included for the NSW buyer.
