Italian style

There is no doubt that driving a Lamborghini, any model, develops the owner’s ability to meet new people and chat with them. There’s something about the aggressively-shaped line-up which is impossible to miss, or ignore.

In a feature celebrating 50 years of the legendary Countach we noted: "Lamborghini had a preference for comfortable grand tourers as well as naming his cars after breeds of fighting bulls but was critically aware of the commercial value of a purer sports car."

The P250 Urraco runs a 2.5lt V8 fed by Weber carburetors with a five-speed manual transmission.

This example is a relatively rare factory right-hand-drive car with an interesting history behind it, including some significant work to give it a sharper profile. It has also ben treated to an extensive mechanical refresh.

It’s with Oldtimer in Brisbane, priced at $129,950.
