Honda's 2nd version of CRX, latest version is the CivicTypeR 2017-23 This model was designed, built and given to Wayne Gardner as part of his contract when racing GP Bikes for Honda. Car purchased new from John Patrick Honda Port Macquarie NSW in 1993 Very rare in Ausralia, known as Del Sol in Europe & USA. Becomes a 30 y.o. collector option in 2023. Meticulously Maintained from new. All usual worn parts have been replaced with new as required, clutch, ABS brakes, radiator, pumps, seals, VTEC o-ring and filter, etc. No rust. Resprayed original Honda red for this model 4 years ago. Roll bar incorporated in car body behind the seats. Removable Aluminium Targa roof stored in boot cradle, sound system, Recaro seats, A/C, electric windows & side mirrors, independent suspension, McPherson strut, rack&pinion steering, Monococque chassis, engine bay strut bar, rear Whiteline sway bar, 4x disk brakes, ABS, dash mat, seat covers, window tint, central key locking. Now available for sale at Muscle Car Warehouse is this beautiful representation of the VR GTS Commodore. When first released the GTS model was as good as it got with its newly developed 215 5.7 litre V8 Holden engine. This car starting its life as a Berlina but now wearing a host of genuine GTS parts. The body kit, wheels and interior are all genuine GTS parts making this Commodore look as close to the genuine article as possible. Cosmetically the only variation is the owners choice to add VS style GTS stickers to the car as opposed to the VR GTS stickers. The car has recently been resprayed and looks fantastic.
