ICONIC LUXURY SPORTS COUPE The Bristol 403 is powered by the 1971cc BMW 328 designed pushrod inline 6 cylinder engine featuring hemispherical combustion chambers with inclined valves, downdraught inlet ports and domed pistons, all combined to produce a very healthy 100BHP which, when coupled to the 4 speed manual gearbox was able to propel the Bristol to a genuine 104MPH. The Bristol was well recognised in the period for its ride quality and roadholding, aided by the independent front suspension and torsion bar rear suspension with telescopic shock absorbers all round. The brakes are 11" Lockheed Hydraulic Drums Front and Rear, the front being Alfin type for improved heat dissipation whilst the rear are standard.

Fantastic condition with amazing chrome-work and reupholstered interior. Mechanically perfect. The car presents extremely well with a rust free body but with some small paint imperfections. The car would make for a trouble free club car for someone wanting an affordable classic. Deceased estate.
