Muscle Car Warehouse bring to the market this Ford Falcon XY Ute. The Ute was restored approximately four years ago in its original colour of Yellow Ochre. When restored all the GS extras were fitted such as side stripes and wheel caps. Other features include a GT front spoiler, Shaker, bonnet stripes, bonnet locks and driving lights. The interior also received the GT trim when restored while remaining with the original saddle colour. Seats, door trims, steering wheel and dash were all upgraded to GT specs. An aftermarket stereo has been installed in the glovebox so that the original look is kept. The Ute was originally ordered with a 302 Windsor and a four speed Top Loader transmission. Now running a 351 Windsor with a mild cam, Edelbrock intake and extractors. The Top Loader gearbox remains, and the diff is a 9 with a 3.5 ratio. This Ute presents beautifully and are hard to come by in this condition particularly factory V8 cars like this one. Muscle Car Warehouse now offer for sale this beautiful Ford XB Falcon 500. Commissioned by the Victorian Police force when it was used as an unmarked highway patrol car until 1977. It was originally ordered with a 351 T code engine (identical to the Falcon GT), FMX automatic transmission and a 9 diff. Further to this this car was also factory fitted with power steering, four-wheel disc brakes, tramp rods and a dual exhaust system. This car is basically a Falcon GT in a Falcon 500 body! Finished in the subtle colour of Skyview Blue and saddle trim and believed to be one of only six cars ordered in the colour with the T code engine. Other notable features are a GT bonnet and driving lights. Currently running 12 slot wheels and GS caps but with the original steel rims and dog dish hubcaps included. Still running the matching number engine with original components such as Motorcraft coil, engine lift hooks, the dog tag on the radiator support and original four-barrel Motorcraft carbie still with thecar. Vehicle registration details is recorded in the Victoria Police Historical Societys archives. A genuine sales brochure, colour selector and dealership logbook folder are included.
