This XBGT was entered and issued with a Cannonball Run number plate, 240. The race covered 3,755 kilometres stretching from Darwin, down the Stuart Highway all the way to Alice Springs. Being built in May of 1976 makes this car special also as it is one of only 13 cars finished in Outback Bronze with Walnut Glow accents. The saddle trim also presents nicely. It still wears its original 12 slots wheels with centre caps as well as other original items such as the radio cassette and long-range tank. Mopar fans knew him simply as Mr. Norm, as he and his dealership were synonymous with Dodge performance in the 1960s. Norman Kraus founded Chicagos Grand Spaulding Dodge in 1962, right as the muscle car era was set to explode. Mr. Norms strategy was to focus on performance, and Grand Spalding Dodge quickly became the Mopar communitys prime source for all manner of go-fast parts. He would champion Dodge performance both on the street and at NHRA dragstrips. In fact, in an altered wheelbase Coronet, Grand Spaulding team driver Gary Dyer would often best the factory-backed Dodge racers. This 1969 Dodge Charger R/T is said to be one of only 232 examples that left the factory with a 426 Hemi motor and delivered through Grand Spaulding Motors in Chicago Illinois. Probably one of the only one in Australia. Further to this it has only travelled just under 31,000 miles and still wears most of its original paint work. The black vinyl roof and black Bumble Bee stripes along with many other factory options add to this cars extreme rarity. Included with the car are the original colour coded steel rims that still wear their original red wall Goodyear tyres. The stunning X9 black vinyl interior is in great condition with options such as a console, an AM radio with rear seat speaker and a left-hand side remote control mirror. An extensive amount of paperwork is with the car including import papers, the original broadcast sheet, dealer invoice and a certificate of authenticity to verify this car is equipped with a genuine Mr. Norm vehicle package and a boot lid signed by Mr. Norm. If you are aMopar enthusiast this car is a must for your collection. Contact one of our friendly staff to make an appointment to view this vehicle at our Kogarah facility.

In the somewhat wet 1972 Hardie-Ferodo 500, the lightweight HDT Torana GTR XU-1 claimed victory against the heavyweight GT-HO, driven solo for 500 miles (800 km) by Peter Brock. This would be the start of the Peter Perfect/Torana legend, and the first of five Bathurst wins for the Torana in its colourful 10-year racing career at Bathurst. This beautifully restored example is a great representation of the LJ GTR XU-1 model. The factory colour, Patina Gold is unique and displays elegance to this little pocket rocket. Sitting on period correct Sprint Master mags. Sporting the original black vinyl interior which is still in fantastic condition. Under the hood is the matching number 202 JP straight six engine with triple SU carbs. The XU-1 was produced in February of 1973 and sold in March of 1973 through City Auto Sales PTY. LTD. In Toowoomba, Queensland. An extensive amount of paperwork comes with the car too. Showing just under 47,000 miles. Muscle Car Warehouse would like to bring to the market this modern day Mopar Muscle Car!! A 2018 Dodge Hellcat SRT. Purchased new by the current owner and converted from left hand drive to right hand drive by SCD American Cars in Queensland. The Octane Red colour gives off a subtle first impression until the car is fired into life and your ears are treated to the sound of the 700+ horsepower supercharged 6.2 litre Hemi engine. A larger pulley has been fitted to the Whipple supercharger, the middle muffler deleted and the addition of a Hellcat Burn Box. The widebody styling is second to none and gives off a mean stance. Sitting perfectly on its original 20-inch wheels, which hide the Brembo brakes. The rear tyres on the car have been upgraded to 315 from the standard 310 size tyres. The black leather interior in the car is without any modifications and without any imperfections. Other standard features include SRT mode, launch control and a sunroof. Catapults from 0-100 in under 3 seconds!! Dodge will not be making anymore V8s so one of the last 2018s left and 1 of 6 in the country and 1 of 1 in this colour in widebody. This car comes with its logbook, owners manual, and full-service history

When HSV said they saved the best till last, they were right. The Holden VN Group A was something else when released in 1990. Being the lowest production bult HSV and even compared to by some to the Ford Falcon XY GTHO. Here is your opportunity to own what could easily be described as the best example of a VN Group A. in existence. Owned personally up until 2018 by the DÁlberto family, owners of the reputable DAlberto Holden dealership in Echuca, Victoria. Initially HSV planned to produce 500 examples, but it is commonly known that only 302 examples were produced. This particular car wears build number 333 as this was the build number of the other three Group A Commodores in the DAbreo collection so therefore HSV honoured this and still allocated this build number to this car. With just over 1800km this car could almost be described as a brand-new car and is totally untouched from front to back. This Group A was never registered and still remains unregistered and comes with its two sets of keysoriginal blank logbook meaning you could be the first private owner of this very special HSV. This Group A needs to be seen to be believed and is definitely one for the serious Holden or HSV collector. Now available for inspection by appointment only at our Kogarah facility.

The fastest and most successful Chev Monza to grace Australian circuits was the wild-looking Bob Jane sports sedan. It was the last car Bob Jane raced in anger, before hanging up his helmet. The big-winged monster, built with a liberal dose of Aussie ingenuity, was also raced by fellow greats Peter Brock, Allan Grice, Dick Johnson, Bryan Thomson and Brad Jones. It all started way back in 1978 for Bob Jane and this Monza in the United States after Jane was seeking a replacement for his iconic Monaro. Fitted with a 350 Chev engine making in excess of 600 horsepower and like Bobs other race cars this one was certainly no slouch. In 1984 Allan Grice would go on to win his first national championship. Dick Johnson and Ron Harrop also raced it at Sandowns WEC round late in 1984. Grice won all but one race in the 1984 season. Following on from the Re-Car livery, the next owner was Bryan Thomson who bought the Monza to join his Mercedes for a tilt at the 1985 GT title. Looking to give the Monza a new lookand a longer wheelbase, it just so happened that Thomson owned a Toyota Supra Road car. This is when the Monza was transformed into a Supra. After an extensive rebuild the car would go on to debut at the Amaroo Park at the start of the 1989 season. The Supra would go on to take 16 wins before Thomson hung up his helmet for good. In 1989 Thomson went on to sell the car to fellow long time Sports Sedan campaigner, Des Wall. The car would go on to race in almost every Sports Sedan round where it was very reliable and always competitive. Current owner David Wall also had a few races in the Supra which led him to a V8 Supercar drive.
