Being the lowest production bult HSV and even compared to by some to the Ford Falcon XY GTHO. Owned personally up until 2018 by the DÁlberto family, owners of the reputable DAlberto Holden dealership in Echuca, Victoria. Initially HSV planned to produce 500 examples, but it is commonly known that only 302 examples were produced. This particular car wears build number 333 as this was the build number of the other three Group A Commodores in the DAbreo collection so therefore HSV honoured this and still allocated this build number to this car. With just over 1800km this car could almost be described as a brand-new car and is totally untouched from front to back. This Group A was never registered and still remains unregistered and comes with its two sets of keysoriginal blank logbook meaning you could be the first private owner of this very special HSV. Here is yet another stunning example of a SS Group A Walkinshaw. Once again, this car was originally part delivered to the DAlberto Holden dealership in Echuca Victoria and kept with the DAlberto family as part of their private collection until 2018 which was never registered and still remains unregistered with its original blank logbook meaning you could be the first private owner of this very special HSV. In that time the car was only used for maintenance purposes and to this day has only clocked up 1312 kilometres. This car was also allocated build number 333 so that it matched the build numbers of the other Group As already in the collection at the time. Just as you would expect this car is in brand new condition. There are no modifications what so ever and would suit any Commodore or HSV collector. It still retains the original Bridgestone RE71 tyres, original logbook, sales brochure, two sets of original keys and other paraphernalia. In 1993, the significantly redesigned VR Senator was released. The rear seating was from the Holden Statesman. Along with the rest of the HSV range, the Senator body kit was penned by designer Ian Callum to produce a sleeker, more aggressive stance along with a 185 kW (248 hp) version of the 5.0-litre V8. A new suspension setup was developed, known as the touring package which aimed to provide capable handling and a smooth ride. Additionally, from May 1994 onwards, the Senator could be optioned with HSV's new 215 kW (288 hp) 5.7-litre "stroker" V8 known as the "215i". The $10,000 "stroker" engine option was hand built as an upgrade over the standard V8. Up for sale here is a beautiful 1994 model Holden VR Senator HSV.
